If the lead wire is easily broken, stop using it, and also check whether the voice coil wire is broken, short-circuited or open-circuited. Is there any disconnection in the place where the coil leads are drawn out? Only the quality of the voice coil can be used.

If the lead wire of the tweeter voice coil is not pressed well or the margin is not enough, it will easily cause the lead wire to be disconnected. During production, pay attention to the lead wire to be close to the Voice Coil Diaphragm; at the same time, let the lead wire form an S line along the paper cone or on the diaphragm. The cone part makes the lead wire of the voice coil hook out a semi-circle, so that there is enough margin, the lead wire of the horn speaker will not be straightened when the amplitude is on. , so it is necessary to control the welding time and let the solder fully melt. In order to ensure the firmness of the welding, it is necessary to check whether the tweeter voice coil lead wire and insulating paint have come off, whether the lead wire is oxidized or tinned before production.

If the tweeter uses too much current, the voice coil is burned out, or the heat dissipation effect is not good, resulting in excessive heat, burning the voice coil, or overheating and deteriorating the paint layer, etc., which will cause the tweeter to be silent. Listening and aging experiments are carried out according to the rated power of the tweeter itself. The voice coil wire used is selected from high temperature enameled wire, and the insulating paint, adhesive and skeleton are also made of high temperature resistant materials. For the heat dissipation method, choose the frame with better heat dissipation, the elastic wave with good ventilation, the bottom of the basin frame, the voice coil frame, the elastic wave, the cone of the diaphragm, and the heat dissipation hole of the T iron.
